CapeTown AoA 2.0 is a collective of dynamic residents from diverse backgrounds and professions, united by one purpose—building a progressive and thriving CapeTown Society. We are committed to addressing every need, resolving long-pending issues, and creating an environment where every family feels secure, valued, and proud to belong.

Our Progress: Capetwon A0A has achieved several milestones since the formation of the Association:
✅ Won all legal cases against the builder
✅ Took over society management from Supertech
✅ Implemented multipoint electricity connections
✅ Enhanced Gangajal water supply
✅ Reduced water TDS from 2800 to 1100 (target 500)
✅ Revived horticulture and greenery across the township
✅ Painted 8+ towers post-handover
✅ Rejected Extra FAR application, preventing 1687 additional apartments and protecting common infrastructure
✅ Continuing the fight for the registry of apartments in NCLAT & the Supreme Court
