TOWER PAINTING COMMITTEE - AoA 2.0

Tower painting is one of the key commitments of our manifesto post-elections. At present, three companies have been engaged for the tower painting work. One company is continuing with the ongoing work, while two other companies, along with their applicators, have been allotted two towers each on a trial basis to assess the quality of work offered at their respective quoted costs.

The repair and painting work in the towers taken up after the elections is nearing completion. In order to ensure transparency and to incorporate valuable suggestions from residents, the AOA Board hereby constitutes a Tower Painting Committee to oversee the work from the residents’ perspective and provide recommendations for further improvement.

In accordance with the powers vested under the Bye-laws of the Society, the President, in consultation with the AOA Board members, hereby constitutes the Committee with the following members:

3. Sh. Vinesh Chauhan

4. Sh. Pradeep Kumar Gaur

5. Sh. Vijay Bhushan Lal

6. Sh Diwakar Sahai

The bill processing, including measurement of towers, shall be carried out by the Treasurer and Secretary on the recommendation of the Committee members. Final decision powers remain with AOA board in case of any dispute and committees recommendations will not be binding on AOA.

This is an interim committee, and additional members may be included if more residents come forward to volunteer for this initiative.
